RoboBrick® helps make housing more accessible
Our customized solution automatically applies brick slips to prefabricated walls. This allows us to apply brick slips up to 15 times faster and save up to 60% on raw materials and energy. The system also addresses the growing demand for housing and the increasingly stringent guidelines regarding product quality, environmental sustainability, and safety.
Prefabricated lintels
Lintels, arches in façades and other complex shapes are easier to create with our prefabricated and bespoke lintels. Thanks to our high-quality bonding, we offer a 20-year product warranty. A high-quality solution for masonry façades, extremely precise and quick to install.
Pirrouet®, the CO₂-negative brick
Vandersanden invests in technologies to capture and safely store CO₂. In innovations such as Pirrouet®, CO₂ is even used as a raw material. This circular and CO₂-negative brick is made from purified mineral by-products from the steel industry and is produced through carbonation, a process in which CO₂ is permanently bound and stored.
