Durability & circularity

Clay paving is a natural product with a low environmental impact. This is in part because the stones are produced from a renewable raw material, river clay. Its extraction creates new nature and river security. The bricks easily last 135 years, retain their value and are reused an incredible number of times.

Production method

Moulded

As part of this production method, chunks of clay are pressed into moulds fully automatically; the excess clay on the top is then removed. The moulds are then rotated and the stones are released from the moulds. Moulded bricks are known for their natural and robust appearance.

Quality and packaging

Our pavers comply with the European standard EN1344 and are delivered on wooden pallets with a recycled plastic cover. The standard quantity of bricks or pavers on a pallet can be adjusted so that you don’t order too many. Please discuss this with your dealer.

Surface

Unsanded

Unsanded moulded bricks are slightly less straight than sand-covered variants as they are somewhat more difficult to press out of the moulds. This, together with the unsanded surface, gives the paving a more vintage and rustic appearance. More information
