"I started as a brick slip saw operator and eventually become foreman at the sawing mill. I switched roles just over 12 years ago. I'm currently logistics foreman and responsible for a team of 9 forklift truck drivers."

Finance (NL)
Just before the pandemic broke out, Michelle and Nicole started at the Finance department in Spijk (NL). "Suddenly the kitchen was our workplace. We put a big screen there and it worked fine. We can do most of our work very well online via our laptops. It was certainly not out of sight, out of mind with our colleagues."
My colleagues and I support employees on quality for both production and sales, we provide assistance for new, innovative projects, and are responsible for product certifications and the quality management system. It's a varied job, where no two days are the same!
