Heusden primary school for sports
This project for Heusden primary school for sports involved the demolition of two existing buildings and the construction of a new building.
The new building accommodates a variety of different rooms including a canteen, musical education room, sports hall and dressing rooms, two classrooms, a staff room, sanitary areas, and a religion and ICT classroom. The school also offers a number of after-school activities. The new-build project has delivered a selection of classrooms and ensured good accessibility to the building.
De Jong Gortemaker Algra architecten en ingenieurs B.V. designed the building; Reynders B&I-Antwerpse Bouwwerken-Valens were responsible for execution and maintenance for the next 30 years.
