The Erica residence in Waasmunster, designed by Archiburo Van Royen, combines luxury with sustainability. The complex, built in a wooded area, consists of eight different villa apartments. Each entity is encased in red-brown Omega facing brick and anthracite-coloured exterior woodwork. These natural shades are in keeping with the surrounding nature reserve. This is reinforced by a living outdoor terrace. In addition to nature, comfort is also central, and each residence is equipped with sun shading. The house builder and architect paid special attention to renewable energy, especially geothermal energy. As such, the residence complies with the 2021 E level requirements.
