Combined expertise
We at Vandersanden believe that the best way to tackle social challenges in the construction sector is together. As the largest family-owned brick company in Europe, we have therefore combined our expertise with our customers and machine builders.
This is how we developed RoboBrick®, complete with digital integration, a full guidance programme and a 20-year guarantee, in line with the requirements and wishes of our industrial partners. The resulting added value for them: significant time savings in the development process, a sharp reduction in production times and failure costs, as well as a substantial saving in energy and production costs.
IIBO
IBO and Vandersanden found in each other a partner with the same mission. By adding ceramic finished facades to an automated production line, together they raise prefabricated construction to a higher level.
Prefaco
Prefaco produces precast products and structures for structural work. Its products include reinforced and prefabricated concrete, walls, columns, beams, stairs, customised prefabricated elements, sand-lime brick and e-ton.
Westerveld & Nederlof
Westerveld & Nederlof is the expert in the field of quality joinery and carpentry supplies, among other things, including wooden window frames and facade elements in the Netherlands. The company uses RoboBrick® to glue brick slips on their HSB elements.
