The ATG (Technical Approval) is a document issued by the BUtgb (The Belgian Union for Technical Approval in Construction) that describes the suitability of a particular product from one manufacturer for a particular application. The granting of an ATG is subject to the opinion of a specialised approval group consisting of experts acting on behalf of the BUtgb, and is usually supplemented by certification.

The ATG logo, accompanied by the approval number, may be affixed to the product concerned to confirm its conformity with the approval.

Newly produced facing bricks with a ‘reclaimed’ appearance. They are very similar to authentic reclaimed bricks and are made using a unique moulding process. After the drying process, extra pigments are applied to the visible face of the unfired facing bricks, before being tumbled to give them that aged look. Only then do they enter the kiln.

You enjoy the beautiful look of reclaimed bricks, but with the guaranteed quality of new bricks.
