Vandersanden makes façades sparkle with the new "Intense" bricks

Intense 2011 Vandersanden.jpg

Modern architecture is becoming increasingly popular. And within this style, austere, modern bricks with that little extra are more and more sought after. The trend for a home with character has been set. Brickmaker Vandersanden brings 7 new facing bricks with lots of character and which fit perfectly into this trend.

The new facing bricks are so distinct that they even have their own style range within the product range. The product line has been named "Intense" due to the unique patterning in the bricks. The primary tones in the Intense range are modern colours such as cream, grey and brown. Depending on the light, the patterns on the bricks give a very special, glossy effect.

An overview of the new "Intense" bricks:

- Bento: cream with dark patterning
- Spiro: cream base colour with white accents
- Juno: pale grey brick with yellow and brown nuances
- Antro: pale grey brick with white patterning
- Kripto: metallic grey facing brick with yellow and brown nuances
- Douro: dark grey with brown/black patterning
- Vecto: dark brown brick with white, brown and black colour accents

The Intense bricks comply with the most stringent Belgian and European quality standards, are frost-resistant and are non-efflorescent. Provisionally the Intense bricks will be available in Waal format: approx. 210mm x 100mm x 50mm. Other formats will be available but only on request, depending on the lead time and the size of the project.
